Matthew Frerichs to Co-Present Seminar on Scenario-Based Estate Planning for Minnesota CLE

February 27, 2024

Maslon Partner Matthew Frerichs will co-present a half-day estate planning seminar on Feb. 27.

"Scenario Based Estate Planning" explores how an attorney might develop and implement an estate plan based on different fact patterns, incorporating the Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements Deskbook Forms into the discussion. Matt served as one of the authors of the Deskbook.

In addition, a seminar Matt presented earlier this month, "Proven Practice Pointers for Estate Planning Attorneys," is available for online replay on March 5.

For more information or to register, go to Minnesota CLE: "Scenario Based Estate Planning" and "Proven Practice Pointers for Estate Planning Attorneys."

Matt provides dedicated counsel in estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship law, and estate and trust litigation. His experience with complex estate planning law and his social work background make him uniquely equipped to navigate sensitive family dynamics while preserving his clients' legacy. He enjoys getting to know his clients and learning what goals and values are most important to them. Matt frequently writes and presents on estate planning issues. His areas of expertise include mitigating risks in estate planning and the ethical issues attorneys face when working with clients with mental illness or diminished capacity
