Susan Markey to Present Course at The Complete Business Lawyer Seminar for Minnesota CLE

Susan Markey, a partner in Maslon's Corporate & Securities and Estate Planning groups, will present a virtual course on Oct. 28, 2021, as part of Minnesota CLE's seminar, The Complete Business Lawyer. The seminar, covering 11 areas of business law, is designed to provide a wealth of practical information for business attorneys.
In her course, titled "Business Dissolution & Succession," Susan will share key steps in dissolving a business, how to value a business upon transfer, what to do if one owner dies, and much more.
