Terri Krivosha to Moderate Panel Discussion on Mergers & Acquisitions for Hamline Law

Terri Krivosha, partner in Maslon's Business & Securities Group, will serve as moderator for a panel discussion titled "Mergers & Acquisitions in the For-Profit World" being held on November 6, 2015, at Hamline Law. The panel is part of a Business Law Institute half-day seminar titled Hot Topics in Business Law.
Terri works with a vibrant network of entrepreneurial and dynamic businesses and those who fund them. She uses her broad strategic skills together with extensive experience to help her clients achieve success in all phases of their development and growth. Terri is passionate about helping businesses grow, succeed, and scale. Terri served as chair of Maslon LLP for four years—the first female chair at a Twin Cities law firm—and this experience has enabled her to understand and empathize with her clients' needs and challenges. She writes and speaks regularly on topics related to her practice and teaches a course on start-ups at William Mitchell College of Law.
