Terri Krivosha to Present at Upsize Minnesota and Club Entrepreneur Luncheon Workshop for Business Owners

Maslon attorney Terri Krivosha will be part of a panel of experts presenting at "Building a Solid Foundation," a luncheon workshop for business owners being held on October 14, 2014. Hosted by Upsize Minnesota and Club Entrepreneur, the workshop is intended to help companies with all facets of the challenge of being a successful business owner, and introduce them to local experts who can serve as trusted resources. Topics include structuring and financing, drafting business documents, intellectual property, implementing tech systems, hiring, and handling daily finances.
Terri Krivosha works with a vibrant network of entrepreneurial and dynamic businesses and those who fund them. She uses her broad strategic skills together with extensive experience to help her clients achieve success in all phases of their development and growth. Terri is passionate about helping businesses grow, succeed, and scale. Terri served as chair of Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP for four years—the first female chair at a Twin Cities law firm—and her experience running a business has enabled her to understand and empathize with her clients’ needs and challenges. She writes and speaks regularly on topics related to her practice.
