Three New Partners Elected at Maslon: Nicole Narotzky, Keiko Sugisaka and Julian Zebot

Maslon is pleased to announce that Nicole Narotzky, Keiko Sugisaka and Julian Zebot have been elected as partners of the firm.

Nicole Narotzky is a member of Maslon's Litigation Team. She focuses her practice primarily on product liability litigation and has successfully defended major medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in federal and state courts throughout the country. Nicole also has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including construction law and intellectual property disputes.

Keiko Sugisaka is a member of Maslon's Litigation Team and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Business and Intellectual Property Litigation. She has broad experience litigating both plaintiff and defense cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States involving complex litigation in cases that included patent infringement, antitrust, director/officer liability, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and breach of contract claims.

Julian Zebot is a member of Maslon's Litigation Team and has experience litigating and resolving disputes involving closely held corporations, fiduciary duties, trusts, probate, business torts, class actions, and other complex commercial litigation, including litigation involving banks and other financial service businesses. He has represented both individuals and businesses in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings, and has had first chair trial experience.
