Bill Pentelovitch and Larry Purdy Recognized as "Local Litigation Stars" in 4th Edition of Benchmark Litigation

Bill Pentelovitch and Larry Purdy, partners in Maslon's Litigation Group, have been recognized as two of Minnesota's "Local Litigation Stars" published in the 4th edition of Benchmark Litigation, the Guide to America's Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys.

The Benchmark publication focuses exclusively on litigation. The guide's results are the culmination of a six-month research period that allows its researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. The "Local Litigation Stars" list features attorneys who were recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers during the search process.

Bill Pentelovitch is a trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience and hundreds of jury and bench trials, as well as dozens of appeals in state and federal courts to his credit. He has also tried dozens of arbitrations. He practices nationally in the area of noncompete, trade secret and unfair competition litigation and is a leading authority in Minnesota in the area of ownership and governance disputes in corporations and partnerships.

Larry Purdy is a litigation partner in Maslon's Product Liability and Mass Tort Litigation group specializing in the defense of major medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in complex, nation-wide product litigation. Larry has represented clients in product liability claims and lawsuits venued in virtually every state as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
