David Herr to Present at 9th Annual Appellate Practice Institute for Minnesota CLE

David Herr, an attorney and head of Maslon's appellate practice, will co-present at Minnesota CLE's 9th Annual Appellate Practice Institute on March 13, 2015. During an afternoon breakout session titled, "How I Built My Appellate Practice," a panel comprised of David and three very successful appellate practitioners will offer tips and advice on building an appellate practice. In addition, the panel will answer audience member questions.

David Herr is a highly regarded appellate lawyer and complex case litigator. He is frequently sought out to provide practical and sophisticated advice on how to resolve difficult, multi-party disputes in trial courts and arbitral forums, as well as in the appellate courts.
