David Herr to Present Live Webcast on Appellate Process for Inside and Outside Counsel

David Herr will co-present with Sherri Hallerman Gould, Managing Counsel for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a live webcast on November 14, 2013, titled "Partnering on Appeal: Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel." The webcast will address topics including the appellate process, deciding whether to appeal, forming a cohesive team, managing costs, moot arguments, and more. Materials will be from Association of Corporate Counsel and West Publishing's Successful Partnering between Inside and Outside Counsel, Chapter 66 Appeals, which David co-authored.
