David Suchar to Present at the Network of Trial Law Firms' Litigation Management in a New York Minute Seminar

David Suchar, partner and Chair of Maslon's Construction and Real Estate Litigation Group, will present at the Network of Trial Law Firms' Litigation Management in a New York Minute – 2019 Edition seminar on August 2, 2019. During his presentation, titled "Navigating Insurance Coverage Disputes: Strategies Promoting a Successful Voyage," David will discuss how effective insurance-coverage litigation demands a specialized strategic approach when it comes to pre-claim preparation, mediation, trial preparation, and settlement, while maintaining a deft understanding of all the involved players. His presentation will draw on factual examples and recent cases in which strategic decision-making had bottom-line ramifications on the insured's recovery. David will also serve as Seminar Chair at the event.
