Doug Holod Elected to Meritas Board of Directors

Doug Holod was elected to the Board of Directors of Meritas on April 8, 2010, to serve a three-year term. Meritas is an established global alliance of independent, full-service law firms founded in 1990 with more than 170 Meritas member law firms worldwide, in over 60 countries.
Membership in Meritas is by invitation only and each member law firm is held accountable to rigorous service requirements. Firms must maintain high levels of client satisfaction, adhere to practice composition guidelines, submit to recertification and follow progressive code of ethics to maintain their memberships. Maslon has been a member of Meritas since 1992.
Doug has been a lawyer for more than twenty years and a member of Maslon's Governance Committee since 2007; he also served as Chair of Maslon's Business & Securities Group from 2001 to 2007. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer/retail sectors.
