Gemma Jo Joins IWIRC Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors

Gemma Jo, an attorney in Maslon's Financial Services Group, has been named to the Minnesota chapter board of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). IWIRC promotes professional development and connects women worldwide as the premier organization for women in the restructuring and insolvency professions.

Gemma assists clients in corporate trust representation, commercial financing transactions, debt restructurings, loan workouts, and the pursuit of creditor remedies in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings. During law school at the University of Minnesota, Gemma served as student director of the university's Bankruptcy Clinic, where she represented clients in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings to discharge student loans, and judgment removal.
