Jason Lien Appointed to Serve as Co-Chair of Litigation Practice Group

Maslon is pleased to announce that Jason Lien has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the Litigation Practice Group. In this capacity, Jason joins Co-Chair Emily Rome to help shape the strategy and direction of the practice group, with particular attention to client service, attorney training and development, and competitive effectiveness.

Jason's practice is focused on representing clients from the construction, real estate, financial services, and food industries. Jason also frequently represents policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Prior to joining Maslon in 2002, Jason honed his trial and appellate skills as a Naval Officer with the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he led hundreds of courts-martial, administrative hearings, and military appeals. Jason regularly appears in federal and state court on behalf of food companies, design-build firms, general contractors, architects, specialty contractors, property management companies, real estate owners, and lenders. Jason was selected for inclusion on the 2015 Minnesota Super Lawyers® list as well as the 2006-2009 and 2011-2012 Minnesota Rising Stars lists.
