Jason Lien to Present at North Dakota Ready Mix and Concrete Products Association 2016 Convention

Jason Lien, partner and co-chair of Maslon's Litigation Group, will present "Introduction to Concrete Construction Liability – It's about Risk Management" on January 21, 2016, as part of the North Dakota Ready Mix and Concrete Products Association's (NDRMCPA) 2016 Annual Convention and Tech Day taking place in Bismarck, North Dakota. Jason's presentation will discuss and highlight legal issues arising in construction disputes involving concrete as well as what parties can do to identify and manage risk on future projects.

Jason's practice is focused on representing clients from the construction, real estate, financial services, and food industries. Jason also frequently represents policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Jason regularly appears in federal and state court on behalf of food companies, design-build firms, general contractors, architects, specialty contractors, property management companies, real estate owners, and lenders.
