Maslon Appellate Attorneys Contribute Chapters to Minnesota CLE's Eighth Circuit Appellate Practice Manual
March 30, 2018
Maslon litigators Wayne Moskowitz and Erica Holzer contributed several chapters to the 8th edition of Minnesota CLE's Eighth Circuit Appellate Practice Manual. Additionally, Maslon Attorney David Herr continues to serve as an editor on this treatise, having been the original editor and author in 1994. The book is designed to be a primary resource for attorneys representing clients in its namesake jurisdiction, written with an eye for comprehensiveness and edited to serve as a quick reference tool.
The contributions of Maslon's appellate attorneys included:
- Chapter 6 – Responding to an Appeal and Voluntary Dismissal
Wayne Moskowitz
- Chapter 9 – Motions Practice and Summary Disposition of Appeal
Erica Holzer
The manual is also considered the leading treatise on Eighth Circuit practice and is well respected by bench and bar.
