Maslon Welcomes Attorney Geoffrey P. Jarpe

Maslon is pleased to announce the return of Geoffrey P. Jarpe to the firm's Litigation Group. Geoff was previously a partner at Maslon from 2000 - 2004. Geoff's experience further strengthens Maslon's capabilities in key areas of practice for our clients.

Geoff Jarpe has represented plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits and arbitrations for over 40 years, in Minnesota and many other jurisdictions. He has handled hundreds of cases throughout his career, most in a first-chair capacity. Over that span, Geoff has tried securities fraud cases, corporate ownership and valuation disputes, director and officer liability and fiduciary duty cases, contract cases, and a variety of real estate cases, including condemnation, ownership, zoning and land use disputes. Geoff is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been listed as a Leading Individual Attorney in General Commercial Litigation in Chambers USA, 2011 - 2012.
