Maslon Welcomes Attorney Jeremy Walls to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jeremy Walls to the firm.

Jeremy is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group who advises privately held companies, private equity funds and sponsors, and strategic investors through both buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He also provides a wide variety of general corporate and outside general counsel services for entrepreneurs and privately held businesses.

Prior to joining Maslon, Jeremy gained experience at another Top 10 Minneapolis firm. He earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as president of the Business Law Association and was a lead editor of the Journal of Law and Inequality.
