Maslon Welcomes Attorney Stephanie Laws to Its Litigation Group

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Stephanie Laws to the firm's Litigation group. Her tort and product liability experience further strengthens Maslon's core areas of capability for our clients.

Stephanie joins Maslon's Litigation Group with prior experience representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in complex product liability and consumer protection litigation, including winning a motion for partial summary judgment in a high-stakes consumer protection action brought by a state Attorney General. She is skilled in all stages of pre-trial civil litigation, such as responding to initial pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and negotiating settlement. Prior to joining Maslon, Stephanie worked as an associate at a large global law firm and completed an extended secondment at a Fortune 200 company.
