Maslon Welcomes Attorneys Shaurodipto Bagchi, Joseph P. Ceronsky and Diana L. Marianetti to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Shaurodipto Bagchi, Joseph P. Ceronsky and Diana L. Marianetti to the firm.

Shauro Bagchi joins Maslon's Business and Securities Group, focusing his practice primarily in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and business counseling. During law school he was a staff member of the Georgetown Law Journal and a primary editor for the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure published by Georgetown Law Journal. Shauro is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC and earned his bachelor's degree, as an Ida Mae Garrot Memorial Scholar, at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Joe Ceronsky joins Maslon's Litigation Group, focusing his practice in the area of general commercial litigation. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. Joe earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in political science from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. Before becoming an attorney, he held various positions in Minnesota politics including Aid to the House Minority Leader and Executive Assistant to the State Auditor.

Diana Marianetti joins Maslon's Litigation Group, focusing her practice in the area of general commercial litigation. Diana is a cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She earned her bachelor's degree from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, double majoring in communications & media studies and music. Diana also served as an Associate Editor for the Hamline Law Review and received the highest distinction in the areas of Property, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law and Professional Responsibility.
