Amy Swedberg Selected to Serve on Global Board of Trustees for Turnaround Management Association

Maslon is pleased to announce that Amy Swedberg, a partner in the firm's Financial Services and Litigation groups, has been selected to serve a two-year term on the global board of trustees of Turnaround Management Association (TMA). TMA is a community of professionals who work with companies to improve performance, manage disruption, restructure, work through insolvency, and preserve equity. Her term begins in January 2022.

Amy has shared her expertise with TMA for more than a decade. She previously served on the board of directors for the Minnesota chapter of the organization, including as its president in 2018. She has also been active at the global level through membership on the Chapter Resource and Response Committee (CRRC), which gives grants to local chapters for events.

Amy is a seasoned financial services attorney, distinguished by more than two decades of impactful work, exceptional dedication to her clients, and overall contributions to the industry. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting lenders and other commercial creditors, asset purchasers, adversary proceeding defendants, and indenture trustees with creditor rights and bankruptcy issues—bringing vital insight and counsel to companies and individuals in times of tremendous uncertainty and stress.
