Overview
Ashley Patyk is a litigation attorney who represents clients across a broad range of legal matters, with a particular interest in employment disputes and general commercial litigation. Her passion lies in devising smart, practical solutions to clients’ legal problems and leveraging the power of exceptional legal writing.
Prior to joining Maslon, Ashley gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Tracy M. Smith of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. During law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, she served as a managing editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, mentored 1L students in legal writing as a LARC Writing Assistant, and was active in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. She also volunteered for the Minnesota Justice Foundation, completing more than 150 volunteer hours while in law school.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys documentaries, travel, cooking, DIY projects, and spin classes.
