Maslon Welcomes Litigation Attorneys Dany Berbari and Ashley Patyk to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to welcome attorneys Dany Berbari and Ashley Patyk to the firm’s Litigation Group.

Dany serves business clients in tort & product liability, insurance recovery, investigations, and general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Maslon, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable James B. Loken of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Dany earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. 

Ashley represents clients in employment disputes and general commercial litigation. She graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tracy M. Smith of the Minnesota Court of Appeals prior to joining Maslon.
