Overview

Dany Berbari is an attorney in Maslon's Litigation Group who represents business clients in tort & product liability, insurance recovery, investigations, and general commercial litigation.

Before joining Maslon, Dany served as a law clerk for the Honorable James B. Loken of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of The Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and wrote a student note for the Journal of Law and Politics. He also worked as a community fellow and peer advisor.

At the University of Minnesota, where he earned his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude, Dany was recognized as Undergraduate Teaching Assistant of the Year.

When he is not working, Dany enjoys cooking, running, sports, aviation, and playing the piano.
