Gabriel Ramirez-Hernandez Elected Treasurer of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association

June 9, 2022

Maslon is pleased to announce that Litigation Group attorney Gabriel Ramirez-Hernandez has been elected to the executive board of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association (MHBA) as treasurer. He became the youngest non-student board member in December 2021, after serving as a student representative in law school, and currently serves on a number of committees, including the Judicial Endorsements, Membership, and Development committees. Through all of these roles, Gabriel has found a meaningful way to engage the Minnesota legal community in timely topics, support law students, and serve the MHBA community.

The treasurer's term is effective through 2023.

Gabriel focuses on assisting clients in intellectual property disputes, insurance, construction, and general business litigation. He brings to his work a collaborative spirit and a sincere dedication to client service. Prior to his position at Maslon, Gabriel gained insight into judicial reasoning, legal research, effective appellate advocacy, and case analysis while clerking at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Peter M. Reyes Jr. As a student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, he had the privilege of an internship with in-house counsel for a large medical device company, where he conducted intellectual property litigation research. In addition, he worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Laurie J. Miller of Hennepin County District Court and the Honorable Michael J. Davis of the U.S. District of Minnesota, and he served as a legal resident to the Honorable Anne K. McKeig of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
