Overview

Jeff Cluever, a technologist with over a decade of law firm experience, directs the monitoring of the electronic discovery (“e-discovery”) process from end to end for Maslon's Litigation Group.

He collaborates with attorneys, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and clients to help identify, collect, analyze, and produce documents. He performs due diligence and engages in vendor selection for all firm e-discovery tools. He also revises and implements best practices for workflows and quality control procedures, and he designs custom solutions within the review platform when needed.

Jeff's expertise spans a wide variety of software products, including:
