Jevon Bindman Appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Advisory Committee

Jevon Bindman was recently appointed to serve a three-year term on the Minnesota Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Advisory Committee, beginning January 1, 2017. The Committee advises the Minnesota Supreme Court on proposed amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Evidence, which govern the evidence that may be admitted at trial. The Committee also publishes comments on the amendments to guide practitioners regarding changes to the Rules.

Jevon is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and practices in the area of general commercial litigation. Before joining Maslon, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable G. Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Jevon earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, where he graduated number one in his class.
