Jevon Bindman Co-Authors 2023 Edition of Courtroom Handbook of Minnesota Evidence

Litigation Group Partner Jevon Bindman has co-authored the new edition of Courtroom Handbook of Minnesota Evidence, an immediate reference for attorneys in court or at their desk that compiles the Minnesota Rules of Evidence with expert commentary on how those rules are applied in courts. The book, Vol. 11A in the Minnesota Practice Series, is published by Thomson West.
Jevon co-authored the publication with Peter N. Thompson, emeritus professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Jevon is an experienced trial lawyer who regularly handles appeals in the Eighth Circuit and Minnesota appellate courts. He is a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committees on the Rules of Evidence and the Rules of Civil Procedure, and serves on Minnesota State Bar Association Construction Law Section's legislative committee. Jevon also writes and presents on issues ranging from construction and insurance coverage law to trial evidence. In 2022, he was named an associate fellow with the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
