Jevon Bindman Co-Authors Cover Story With Supreme Court Justice for Bench & Bar

December 1, 2022

Attorney Jevon Bindman of Maslon's Litigation Group has collaborated with Minnesota Supreme Court Justice G. Barry Anderson to co-author this month's cover story for Bench & Bar. The article, titled "For trial lawyers, the generalist is the best specialist," discusses how attorneys can develop trial skills in an increasingly specialized legal landscape where such skills are hard to come by.

Jevon has significant experience in contract disputes, franchise and competitive practices claims, policyholder insurance coverage claims, construction defect and mechanic’s lien claims, and shareholder disputes. He also regularly handles appeals in the Eighth Circuit and Minnesota appellate courts.
