Judah Druck Appointed to Co-Chair American Bar Association Insurance Coverage Litigation Subcommittee

Maslon is pleased to announce that litigation Partner Judah Druck has been appointed co-chair of a subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee (ICLC). Judah will help lead the subcommittee on additional insureds during the new term beginning Sept. 1.

The ICLC subcommittees are a critical source of content for members, and subcommittee co-chairs are frequent speakers at the ICLC’s annual conference.

Judah represents corporate and individual policyholders in insurance coverage and complex business disputes. His experience includes advising clients and litigating actions concerning product liabilities, environmental and toxic tort liabilities, directors and officers-related liabilities, first-party property loss, business interruption, and broker negligence. Judah recently represented clients in insurance coverage disputes concerning COVID-19 losses.

Judah also maintains a robust commercial litigation practice spanning multiple industries and forums, ranging from representing investment banking firms in federal appeals, to representing medical device manufacturers in federal and state courts, to litigating putative class actions under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). In addition, he writes, presents, and advises on emerging technology in a variety of subject matters, including developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs.
