June 12:

Maslon Board Member and Estate Planning Partner Susan Link moderates the "2023 Probate Panel: Reviewing and Resolving the Latest Issues in Probate Administration."

Maslon Board Member and Partner Julian Zebot, chair of Maslon's Trust & Estate Litigation Group, and litigation attorney Evan Nelson present a session titled, "Do I Have to Make a Distribution to the Beneficiary Who’s Suing Me? Trust and Estate Administration During Litigation."

June 13:

Partner Rachel Dahl and attorney Yemaya Hanna co-present "Your First Probate: How to Manage Important Timelines and Deadlines."

Trust & Estate Group Chair Michael Sampson moderates "2023 Large Estates Panel: Planning in Uncertain Economic Times."
