Maslon Welcomes Partner Leah Kippola-Friske to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of Partner Leah Kippola-Friske to the firm's Litigation Group.

Leah brings a decade of experience in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on business litigation, including breach of contract, ownership disputes, fraud, defamation, and other business torts. She also represents clients in product liability defense, insurance disputes, and construction and real estate matters. Leah practices in state and federal courts nationwide and also represents clients in the appellate courts.

With more than 300 court appearances, Leah is adept at helping clients navigate all phases of litigation. She is equally comfortable tackling trials, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings. She also has significant experience advising clients on strategies to limit litigation risk and training employees on these initiatives.
