Maslon Welcomes Real Estate and Financial Services Attorney Leah DeGrazia to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Leah DeGrazia to the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Services groups.

Leah is a commercial real estate attorney who represents lenders, borrowers, developers, and property owners in transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, and construction/development. Additionally, she represents commercial landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process, including negotiating, drafting, and amending leases.

Before going into private practice, Leah gained knowledge of real estate issues through her work as a housing attorney for a nonprofit, advising tenants on eviction defense, lease negotiation, repairs, security deposits, and related issues.

Leah earned her J.D. at the University of Minnesota Law School and her bachelor’s from the University of Iowa.
