TCDIP 1L Clerkship - Summer 2026

As a participating law firm with Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, we are seeking diverse candidates, as well as other candidates who can bring diverse perspectives to the firm based on cultural competency, life experiences, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, for a 1L position in our 2026 Summer Associate class. We will be hiring two 1L’s who will have the opportunity to spend two weeks working at either Mortenson or U.S. Bank headquarters during our program. We are actively seeking highly motivated, mature, and creative individuals with varied backgrounds, superior academic credentials, and significant personal achievements.

Maslon is proud to announce that it has achieved Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2024-2025 after completing a rigorous 12-month collaboration with Diversity Lab to ensure consideration of broad pools of qualified talent for leadership roles and activities, as well as transparency in advancement processes. The time period measured was from July 2024 to July 2025. Maslon also achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status in the 2021-2023 and 2023-2024 certification periods. The Mansfield certification, administered by Diversity Lab, recognized that Maslon considers broad pools of talent when hiring or promoting and make our advancement requirements transparent. Maslon is currently undergoing Midsize Mansfield 2025-2026 to further strengthen our firm by ensuring that all lawyers have equal access to opportunities for leadership, growth, and visibility.

Compensation for this position is based upon a weekly salary of $3,650.
