Financial Services Associate

Maslon LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Financial Services practice with a particular focus on sophisticated corporate trust matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys complex transactional work, collaborating in a team-oriented environment, and developing deep expertise in the corporate trust space.

We are looking for candidates who are intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a specialized practice in a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced practice. Prior experience with corporate trust work, structured finance, debt financing transactions, or bankruptcy is helpful, but candidates with strong transactional training and an interest in developing this niche practice area are also encouraged to apply.

This position offers meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work on nationally significant transactions while practicing at a collegial mid-sized law firm environment. In this role, associates will join a well-established and growing corporate trust practice that has represented financial institutions in the corporate trust field for decades. Maslon associates are given substantial opportunities for hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term professional development.
